Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your BRIO order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

For all other returns, products must be unopened and unused.

To request a return, contact us at parkervv08@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back. Refunds are issued after we receive the returned product.

BRIO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
